Jim's 1993 ESPY Speech

As we close out another season of March Madness, I wanted to share this great speech. You don't even have to like March Madness or pick your brackets to watch this speech and not get inspired. One of my favorite speeches of all time.

I hope you enjoy this.

Have a great day

Trade Show Season

Yes, as we begin another very busy trade show season, ask your self the following questions.

1. What is your goal for trade shows?

Do you feel that you go and exhibit because you feel that you have to, or that it is productive?

Is your goal to meet new prospects and decision makers, or more of a presence to your existing ones?

2. How do you plan on executing this goal?

How will you market your show to customers who would be a good fit for you but don't know about you or have no relationship with you, so they think they have no reason to stop by and talk?

Will you do a pre-show mailer inviting them?

Will your booth be exciting and fun to draw attention?

3. What is your post show follow up?

You paid all this money people showed up now what?

Let us put together an action plan from planning to sale to help you accomplish this and get new customers to stop by and talk with you. It is easy to chat with the existing clients who like you and know you and buy from you, but is that progressive and productive?

We have answers, because we know you have questions.

How would you like 74.6% message recall?

Where else can you get 74.6% message recall? Do you think if you walked through your office, or through your home, that you would find branded promotional products from companies other than your own? Pens, t shirts, coffee mugs, bobble heads? Well if you have some of these items in your home, why would your clients not have the same?

I drink my water out of  a Rutger Prep water bottle. When I play tennis, I wear an Ohio State T shirt, and a Lawrenceville Prep Hat.  When I charge my phone I use my own ProPrinters charging block on the go. I use a On Target Staffing note spiral notebook to take notes, and when it is raining I use a St. Paul School umbrella. Do we need to continue.

Your customers love these things, and they use them, so why not invest in them?

If you are looking for ideas just give us a call.

Put that Personalized touch in direct mail with PURLS

They say that woman love PEARLS.  Marketers like you love PURLS, well you should!  PURLS, what they heck is that you are asking me? Don't be throwing acronyms around like that!

A PURL- is a personalized CAN BE pre-loaded with data about them offers or other information, and the participant can register on your site, see a video or just get more information.  This does two things.

First you know who went on the site because of the direct mail because of the hit the the PURL. If you send out a generic postcard and they go to the generic website, nobody knows who went to the site UNLESS they clicked through. So this gives you better data capture.

As you can see from our UGA example how creative you can get with the personalization, and the landing pages.

This is just another way that ProPrinters can help you and your team delivery creative outside of the box value to you and your customers.

Hope this helps and happy marketing
